Day 4 Appendix: Cookie Withdrawal

Started experiencing severe cookie withdrawal around 7:00 pm. Got the shakes. Crashed with a splitting headache and cramps. Choked on calcium vitamin, performed self-Heimlich and couldn't get the vitamin down. Finished the last box of Maypo.
